  • Yes, we will arrange a free 30 minute consultation where we review your child’s current learning and provide a tailored tutoring plan

  • Students can send questions, photos of problems, essays or practice responses throughout the month via our agreed communication channel. We respond with explanations, marking, and targeted feedback. This ensures they stay supported between sessions and can fix misunderstandings quickly.

  • We blend both. We use school materials to stay aligned with assessment requirements, and we supplement with our own curated resources, past papers, and targeted worksheets that address specific gaps. Everything is selected to be high quality and relevant, not generic.

  • As a premium service, we reserve a consistent slot for your child. We simply ask for 24 hours’ notice for changes, both to respect the tutor’s time and to maintain structure for your child. Of course, we understand emergencies happen, and we handle those case by case.

  • Our service is 100% risk-free. If you or the student are not satisfied with the tutoring, you can receive a full refund within 24 hours of the first session with the tutor.
